- This study looks at how well selinexor works when given to children and young adults with HGG or DIPG. Selinexor is experimental because it has not been proven to work in a situation like yours.The overall goals of this study are to find the highest dose of selinexor that we can give safely with radiation therapy, and to find out what effects, good and/or bad, selinexor has on people with HGG, DMG or DIPG.
